On a few rare occasions, in our three state operation, we have heard complaints of slow police response to burglary alarms. If you ever experience slow police response, first contact ASC in order to obtain your computer printout maintained by your central station. It will contain the time of contact with the Police Department. Once you have this document, follow up with a personal call directly to your police precinct.
