ASC's new customer orientation process consists of three phases: pre-installation, installation and post-installation.

Phase 1: Pre-Installation

  1. Security Survey - You can help ASC better serve you by completing our Property Details and Household Security surveys.

  2. Land Telephone Line – This is a prerequisite for a reliable security system. ASC cannot monitor your security system without a working land line at the premises. In the event, you are using VoIP telephone service, ASC strongly recommends that you order a standard basic telephone line service. Your security system dials a toll-free number to report activity detected by the sensors and other security devices.

  3. System Proposal - At your request, ASC can prepare a written proposal outlining the design, components and pricing of your security system.

  4. Acceptance -You can notify ASC by phone, e-mail, fax or mail of your acceptance of the ASC proposal

  5. Installation Monitoring Agreement - to allow for a 72 hour cancellation period between signing & installing.

  6. Deposit - Upon receiving the deposit on your system, ASC will schedule the installation of your system.
